The Family Van

Since 1992, The Family Van has improved health care access by partnering with underserved Boston communities. On the van, their team of community health workers provides free health screenings, education, and community referrals. Accompanied by students and volunteers, they foster client-centered, empathetic, compassionate care. Various projects have been completed over time but most recently we tackled a brand “refresh”, new website, designs for an MBTA bus campaign and their annual report design.
